Violation of Terms: Affiliates found in violation of these terms may be removed from the programme and forfeit any commissions.
Rules: These rules apply to all PPC search engines, including but not limited to Google, Miva, Overture, Mirago, and Webfinder.
Please Note The Following Important Guidelines For Affiliates:
- Unauthorised Voucher Codes: Any unauthorised voucher codes or offers that are promoted and/or used will result in commissions not being paid.
- Brand Bidding Restrictions: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on The Big Phone Store brand or any of its variations. Additionally, affiliates are not allowed to link directly to The Big Phone Store website. Any affiliate found to be violating this policy will be removed from the programme, and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Brand Bidding Rules:
- Prohibited Use in PPC Ads: Affiliates are not allowed to use The Big Phone Store's brand name, misspellings, or similar variations in the written content of PPC (Pay Per Click) ads.
- Keyword and Phrase Restrictions: Affiliates may not use The Big Phone Store's brand name, misspellings, or variations as keywords or keyword phrases for targeting ads on PPC search engines.
- Display and Destination URL Restrictions: The Big Phone Store's brand name, misspellings, or variations cannot be used as display URLs or destination URLs in PPC adverts.
- Domain and Subdomain Usage: The use of The Big Phone Store’s brand name, misspellings, or variations in domain names or subdomains is strictly prohibited.
- Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not represent themselves as The Big Phone Store or take any action that might confuse or mislead third parties into believing that an affiliate’s site is directly affiliated with The Big Phone Store.
