General Fiit Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. FIIT operates an Affiliate Partner Model whereby affiliates can earn Affiliate Partner Payments and the individual(s) affiliates refer to the Service (the “Follower(s)”) can earn Referral Discounts (the “Affiliate Partner Model”), in accordance with the terms of this Schedule.
2. We will provide affiliates with a referral link that can be distributed to affiliates followers. The affiliate discount is non-refundable and can only be used towards the purchase of a FIIT subscription made via the Site; it cannot be used to purchase a subscription via Apple In-App Purchase or any FIIT merchandise.
3. A Follower will be successfully referred to the Service when that Follower has maintained a subscription with the Service for a complete one (1) month period and has not cancelled their subscription.
4. Affiliates will receive a one-off payment of £15.00/£7.50p for each Successful Referral (an “Affiliate Partner Payment”).
5. Within 14 days of the end of each month FIIT will notify affiliates of the total Successful Referrals made by affiliates during that month and the total Affiliate Partner Payment due to affiliates.
6. All Affiliate Partner Payments will be payable to affiliates on a quarterly basis, upon receipt of an invoice from affiliates for the total Affiliate Partner Payment due for the quarter, in accordance with the monthly calculations provided to affiliates by FIIT. Invoices will be paid by FIIT within thirty (30) days of receipt. All payments will be in Pound Sterling and shall be inclusive of VAT.
7. The Affiliate Partner Model is only available for Affiliates under this Term Sheet. Affiliates must promote the AWIN referral code in accordance with this Term Sheet, but affiliates may not publish or distribute it on commercial sites including Reddit or Wikipedia, or on blogs with the primary purpose of soliciting Referral Credits or discount codes.
8. The Affiliate Partner Model is only applicable to Followers who have never used the Service before.
9. FIIT Affiliate Partner Model may not be combined with other FIIT referral programs or incentives.
10.FIIT reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals and Successful Referral calculations in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Commission Approval Criteria
Commission is payable on sales tracked directly through Awin, attributed to the Affiliate Account ID on a last click basis. Commission on sales is paid as follows:

Sales must be validated by Fiit with confirmation that the transaction has been successful and free trial has been started. We will not pay commission on the redemption of gift vouchers or e-vouchers on our site. Commission will be paid as long as all terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Creative / Banners
Fiit will supply creative in line with current promotions available through the Affiliate Programme. If any Affiliate wishes to use alternative graphical content, this must be submitted to Fiit for approval - once this has been signed-off, this will be free to use by the Affiliate. Please see our branding guidelines for more information.
Grant of Rights
Affiliate irrevocably and unconditionally grants Fiit all rights and consents to use their name, image, likeness and biography on the Fiit platform, and outside the platform for the purposes of promoting Fiit.
Warranties from Affiliate
Affiliate hereby warrants that:
Affiliate has the right to grant the rights required by Fiit and is free to enter into this Term Sheet and to render the services to be rendered hereunder;
the content uploaded by Affiliate will be lawful, appropriate and not infringe any third party rights; and
Affiliate shall not undertake any act or omission or make or publish any statement (derogatory or otherwise) that could bring Fiit into disrepute.
Fiit has the right to exclude publishers from the affiliate program at any time through the affiliate platform for violations such as, but not limited to, spamming, illegal activity and inappropriate advertising.

Allowed however, must be checked. When joining the Fiit affiliate program publishers receive an Onboarding Guide with information, SEO tips and content inspiration. When creating content, we expect unique and valuable content on your website, not direct copies of briefings or communications. Please send us a preview of your content on the product page, blog or social media via miranda@fiit.tv / partner@deptagency.com.
Email Marketing
Allowed but must be checked by Fiit. A preview can be sent to miranda@fiit.tv / partner@deptagency.com. You will receive a response to this preview within 48 hours on working days. These should include: date of shipment, number of addresses, sender and subject line. If a mailing is sent without approval, the registered leads will be rejected.
Social Media
Allowed, if permission has been requested. A preview can be sent to miranda@fiit.tv / partner@deptagency.com. You will receive a response to this preview within 48 hours on working days. These should contain the following: date of posting, the link of the social page and the sender. If a social media post is posted without approval, the registered leads will be rejected.
