Order cancelled			Cancellations happen. If a customer wishes to cancel their order before it has been dispatched we will let you know as soon as possible.
Item was returned			We have a 28 days returns policy. If a customer returns or part returns an order we will let you know as soon as possible. If an order is part returned we will adjust your commission payable manually to reflect the updated sales total.
Customer failed credit check			Unfortunately fraud happens in the world of e-commerce. If an order fails our internal checks we will let you know as soon as possible along with your commission ad
Breach of programme terms and conditions			As per our terms and conditions we reserve the right to withhold any commission(s) that we feel may be in breach. If this is the case we will give you ample time/warning to rectify the issue to help avoid the same issues occurring again in the future
Duplicate order			A very rare occurrence but this does happen. If a duplicate order occurs we will let you know of the commission changes as soon as possible
Item was out of stock			We are busy and so is our inventory. 99% of the time everything runs smoothly although stock errors may occur meaning we oversell on an item(s). If this is the case an order and its commissions may be adjusted/ cancelled to reflect changes in a sale value
