General Policies
Acceptance on to the Parts In Motion affiliate program is based on a number of criteria. Only publishers who operate well designed and maintained sites will be considered. Any offensive, pornographic or illegal sites are not permitted.
Affiliates accept that in becoming a Parts In Motion affiliate they will act in a responsible manner that does not bring Parts In Motion and any of its associated brands, products or services into disrepute.
Adware / Spyware
The use of adware and spyware is strictly forbidden.
Landing Pages
All affiliate traffic to the Parts In Motion website must only result from users clicking on a mutually agreed link/banner. Overlays and masked URLs are NOT permitted.
Domain Name Restrictions
Affiliates must not register domain names which are similar/misleadingly similar to the Parts In Motion brand for example, a pseudo-Parts In Motion URL such as www.partsinmotion.net or sub-domain variants such as www.partsinmotion.affiliateXYZ.com.
Google Base (formerly Froogle) / Merchant Centre
Affiliates may not submit links to Parts In Motion products on Google Base/Merchant Centre. Doing so is a violation of both Parts In Motion’s and Google Merchant Centre’s terms and conditions.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited marketing email directing traffic to the Parts In Motion website or relating to Parts In Motion related products. Such emails need to be mutually agreed on between affiliates and Parts In Motion prior to sending out.
Promotional material/Creatives
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative material (such as banners) or text links provided by Parts In Motion via the Affiliate Window interface, without prior consent and approval.
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates are only permitted to promote codes that are provided through the Parts In Motion affiliate program.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed. Codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired after the expiry date, unless advised otherwise.
Parts In Motion reserves the right to withhold any commission accrued if non-authorised/expired voucher codes are used in an affiliate-related transaction.
