Drake’s will pay you 10% on all full price sales generated through its affiliate programme.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Drake’s affiliate programme (either by AWIN or Drake’s).
Drake’s reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if affiliates promote an unauthorised voucher code. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Affiliate PPC Guidelines
Drake’s operates a strict policy on Paid Search activity including, but not limited to, search engines, advertising networks and social media placements. We do not allow paid search activity of any kind without the consent of Drake’s. Persistent breach of this may result in commissions being declined and potentially being suspended from the programme.
You are not permitted to use paid search in any for the Drake’s programme.
You are not permitted to use any of our brand terms or our marks, including misspells and other variants to gain preferential listings on search engines.
You are not permitted to use ‘branded terms + generic terms’ to gain preferential listings on search engines. For example ‘Drakes’ or ‘Drakes Clothing’.
You are permitted to use any generic keywords that do not relate to us. Examples would include ‘jeans’, ‘shirts’, ‘jumpers’.
It is your responsibility to seek the advice of AWIN if you are unsure of what keyword bidding you are permitted to do whilst participating in the engagement.
You are not permitted to bid on a competitor’s brand terms to drive traffic to the required URLs.
We would like to remind You of the dangers of Google’s extended/expanded broad match functionality and would strongly recommend including the term ‘Drake’s’ as a negative keyword on all campaigns in order to negate the risk of appearing on ‘Drake’s’ brand terms.
You are not permitted to grab and use on your site the logo or any other image contained on this page.
You are not permitted to promote offers that do not exist or incorrectly promote offers to customers to the benefit of your business.
Display URLs
You are not permitted to use the word ‘Drake’s’ in your display URLs in any text ad, for example: ‘www.drakes.com’, ‘drakes.com’.
You are not permitted to use misspellings or upper/lower case variants of the above.
Landing Pages
All clicks must first land on your site, and the user must click from your site to the required URL in order for there to be a qualifying link.
Clicks must never land directly on the required URLs.
Overlays and masked URLs are not permitted.
Social Content Creators
Please note if you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, you will need to use #ad as the only valid identifier to be ASA compliant. Awin has a one-page website - Paid for Advertising - which explains how free content can have a commercial relationship attached to it. This can be linked to by any affiliate in order to make your readers aware of how affiliate links work. If you have any questions on this please speak to your account contact.

All affiliate sales are de-duplicated against other online advertising channels.

Launches
There will be select high profile launches that Drake’s will not pay any commission on. These will be communicated by Awin through the new manager within 24 hours of the product release. Please ensure you are subscribed to receive these emails. No launch should be communicated by affiliates unless communicated by Awin or Drake’s. Any products promoted before the launch time communicated will result in removal of the affiliate.
Drake’s have the right to cancel any commissions from sales they believe have breached these terms.
We do not allow affiliates to scrape the site for product. All affiliates must use the feeds provided as a means of accessing product.
