M&S offer all voucher code directory websites and cashback/loyalty websites 2% commission.
M&S offer all other affiliate partners 5% commission.

Commission is rewarded on the following product categories: Womenswear, Menswear, Lingerie, Kidswear, Home Furniture, Flowers and Gifts and Wine.

Tenancy Payments:

Affiliates must raise any queries over missing tenancies, bonuses or transactions with Awin and/or M&S within 6 months of the transaction date or start of the tenancy period. Any queries raised after this time will not be paid out.

Cookie Period

M&S offer a 30 day cookie period to content and social partners.

Incentive publishers run on a 7 day cookie period..

PPC Restrictions

Publishers may not bid on any brand terms, brand + generic, misspells or any other variation of the brand including but not limited to: marks and spencer, M&S, M and S,

All publishers must negative match all Marks and Spencer brand terms, misspells and variations.

Banners & Creative

Publishers must use creative supplied directly through the network. Any banners being used must be served from the network and not hardcoded into the site.


M&S do not allow toolbar affiliates onto their programme.

M&S do not allow Subnetwork affiliates onto their programme.

M&S do not allow private We Chat promotion on affiliates joined to their programme.

As of January 2017 we now require publishers to drive at least 20 clicks a month for the M&S programme to ensure we have an engaged and active publisher base. We will be reviewing publisher performance on a monthly basis and conducting regular programme audits to understand performance, and we will also reach out to publishers to help optimise their activity where we can. We request full transparency from all publishers. This includes clear click ref and referral data. If this can't be supplied we will request weekly reporting sent direct to support and inform.

Voucher Codes

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the M&S affiliate programme, either through the interface or directly from M&S Affiliate Manager.

M&S reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.

Voucher code terms and conditions must be clearly displayed onsite, any affiliate found promoting codes which do not have the clearly marked T&Cs available may have their commission set to zero until the T&Cs are visible.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.


Cashback orders are not valid where a staff discount has been redeemed.


The M&S feed is run via Goldenfeeds. This is made available through your Affiliate Window account as well as via the EasyFeed Platform (see link below).

Your commission will be paid to you monthly, any queries regarding when you will receive this payment should be directed to Please note that we validate sales after 35 days (full price) and 14 days (Sale) returns window has passed, so the earliest you will see a tracked sale either approved or declined is around 90 days after the sale date. The payment of the commission will then be dependent on the time of the month that the sale is validated, and also on the payment status of the M&S programme.


Any full price items purchased from 12 October and 24 December 2023 can be returned up until Monday 28 January 2024. Items purchased from 25th December 2023 onwards will fall under the usual 35-day refunds policy’. This will effect Validations and commission payments.

Transaction Queries

For any sales purchased through a cashback site where the sale has either not tracked into a customer's cashback account or has tracked through at the wrong amount, transaction queries can be raised through the relevant cashback partner. The customer will have 6 months from the purchase date to raise a transaction query, and any transaction queries raised after the 6 month period will not be considered.

Google Shopping & PLA Activity

With the recent ruling against Google in the EU, Google Shopping has undergone changes to allow for more competition amongst Comparison Shopping Services, otherwise known as CSS. Any bidding on Marks & Spencer products against Google and other competitors in this space will receive 0% CPA.

If you wish to run any Google Shopping or PLA activity, please contact us first. Any affiliate seen to run Google Shopping or PLA activity on brand terms without permission will receive 0% CPA until the matter is resolved.
