Conditions of participation rebuy partner program
1. The Publisher warrants that it will not deliberately place orders (hereinafter "Abusive Orders") via its Publisher Profile and then subsequently return or cancel them. The Publisher further warrants that it has no knowledge of such abusive orders placed via its Publisher Profile. As soon as the Publisher becomes aware of such orders or rebuy reCommerce GmbH suspects such orders, the Publisher will provide rebuy reCommerce GmbH with all necessary information and cooperate in clarifying abusive orders and preventing them in the future.
2. Advertising for rebuy reCommerce GmbH and its products on websites with offensive or illegal content is prohibited. This includes websites with pornographic, racist, or violent content, as well as websites that violate copyright law. rebuy reCommerce GmbH reserves the right to reject applications, terminate existing partnerships, and, if necessary, initiate legal action.
3. SEM and shopping ads are not permitted. rebuy is a protected term that may not be used in ad copy, keywords, or domains.

- No use of variations or misspellings of the brand term rebuy : e.g. re Buy, Re Buy
- No use of the brand name together with other words: e.g. rebuy Electronics
4. Advertising for rebuy reCommerce GmbH and its products is only permitted on websites with a valid imprint and contact information in order to clearly communicate that this is an independent offer.
5. Furthermore, please note:
- No forced clicks
- No spam
- No incentivized registrations (especially no bonus programs/Paid4)
- No compensation for orders with a goods value exceeding €1,500
6. Advertising for rebuy reCommerce GmbH and its products is permitted exclusively with the advertising banners, logos, text links, and product data feeds provided via AWIN. This ensures that our current CI and brand guidelines are always adhered to.
7. Notes for email marketing:
Sending commercial messages via AWIN is only permitted in compliance with the relevant European and national data protection and telecommunications regulations and the AWIN Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions of AWIN.
Previews must be submitted for approval in advance via the email approval tool. By submitting a preview, the Publisher confirms that they have obtained prior, legally required approval from all email recipients. The Publisher may only send the commercial message if the Advertiser/rebuy has approved the preview and its sending. The Publisher is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from sending spam or a commercial message without the Advertiser's permission. If a commercial message or spam is sent without the Advertiser's/rebuy's prior approval and/or contrary to legal regulations or the AWIN Terms and Conditions, the transactions generated for that mailing will be rejected.
Email parties: Only email addresses generated via a double opt-in process may be used. Appropriate proof of consent in accordance with applicable data protection regulations must be provided if necessary. Furthermore, all mailings must be submitted to the advertiser/rebuy for approval in advance. The mailings must include the mailing date, the number of addresses, the sender, and the subject line. Each re-mailing requires new approval. Failure to do so will result in the advertiser/rebuy rejecting the resulting transactions and therefore not refunding them.
8. Compensation: The rebuy compensation model is based on the pay-per-sale principle and a last-click cookie non-direct logic with a 30-day cookie lifespan. All valid orders generated via Google Analytics in the Affiliate channel using last-non-direct click attribution are paid out. This also includes those that were tracked exclusively via Google Analytics and not via AWIN and were successful. Compensation is paid after the 90-day validation period. This takes into account, among other things, the 21-day right of withdrawal and operational processes for processing purchases and sales. No compensation is paid for fully returned or canceled orders; partial returns are reimbursed. After confirmation of a successful affiliate sale, the publisher receives the commission amount to be paid out via AWIN.
9. rebuy reCommerce GmbH may terminate existing partnerships with publishers without giving reasons by terminating the partnership in the AWIN user interface at any time within 7 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the partnership in the event of non-compliance or violation of our guidelines.
