The partner is expressly prohibited from using the company's brand search terms (brand keywords) such as "flix-", "flexi-", "flixbus", "flexibus" and "gobus", "mein fernbus", "meinfernbus" in search engines (Google AdWords, YSM!, MIVA, etc.). This also includes adding "www." or ".de" to the keywords and spelling mistakes in the above keywords (e.g. flixibus, flexbus). Furthermore, if the partner books the search term "bus" or other generic keywords with the match option "broad", "flixbus", "flexibus" and spelling errors are to be set as negative.

Commission and Attribution

Sales made by publishers will be rewarded with a 5% commission of the order value based on our CLV attribution method.

For its attribution, FlixBus considers the complete customer journey (within each transaction and across all transactions of a customer). The attribution considers all touchpoints leading to a conversion as well as the contribution to future orders. Publishers are therefore not only rewarded for their touchpoints in one single transaction but might also get rewarded for future ones.

Cashback publishers are submitted to the following attribution to reward their users: the order will be attributed to a cashback publisher if user started the session during which the order has been made. A session lasts 10 minutes.  For the exception to be applied, the publisher should have ‘’Cashback’’ set up as Primary Type in their Awin account.

Die Bestimmungen des Verhaltenskodex dürfen von der Agentur nicht umgangen werden, beispielsweise durch den Einsatz von Unterauftragnehmern oder die Auslagerung nicht konformer Tätigkeiten.

Die Bestimmungen des Verhaltenskodex sind wesentlicher Vertragsbestandteil. Bei einem erheblichen Verstoß gegen die Bestimmungen des Verhaltenskodex ist der Auftraggeber zur fristlosen Kündigung des Vertragsverhältnisses berechtigt. Mögliche Schadenersatzansprüche des Auftraggebers bleiben unberührt.
