Welcome to the Spoiled Brat Affiliate Programme. We’re excited to partner with content creators, publishers and affiliates who share our love of fashion, Y2K style and cult brands.
Commission
- Standard commission: 8% per validated sale.
- Commission is paid on the net order value excluding VAT, shipping and returns.
- Commission may vary for selected partners, promotional periods or exclusive campaigns.
Cookie Period
- Cookie duration: 30 days.
- Affiliates will receive commission on qualifying purchases made within the cookie period.
Promotional Codes
- Approved affiliates may receive exclusive discount codes to share with their audiences.
- Promotional codes are for use only by the approved affiliate and may not be distributed to third-party voucher sites without written permission.
- Spoiled Brat reserves the right to deactivate codes that are misused.
PPC & Search Policy
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on the terms “Spoiled Brat”, “SpoiledBrat”, “Spoiled Brat UK” or any misspellings and variations.
- Use our brand name in paid search ad copy, display URLs or domain names.
- Direct-link PPC campaigns to SpoiledBrat.co.uk without prior written approval.
Voucher & Cashback Sites
- Voucher and cashback partners are welcome but must only promote codes that have been supplied directly by Spoiled Brat or are publicly available.
- Expired or unauthorised discount codes must be removed promptly when requested.
Content Guidelines
Affiliates must not:
- Promote Spoiled Brat on websites containing adult, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Use misleading advertising or false claims.
- Send unsolicited email communications (spam).
- Use adware, spyware or cookie stuffing techniques.
Social Media & Influencers
- Affiliates are encouraged to create authentic content featuring Spoiled Brat products.
- Content should comply with all advertising regulations, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships using #Ad, #Affiliate or other applicable disclosures.
Returns & Cancellations
- Commission is only payable on completed, non-returned orders.
- Returned, cancelled or fraudulent orders will be rejected and commission will not be paid.
Creative Assets
Affiliates will have access to:
- Updated banners and creatives.
- A regularly refreshed product feed.
- Exclusive promotional opportunities and seasonal campaigns.
- Bespoke creatives and codes upon request.
Programme Compliance
Spoiled Brat reserves the right to:
- Decline or remove any affiliate application.
- Amend commission rates and programme terms at any time.
- Suspend or terminate partnerships that breach these terms.
