General Terms & Conditions
• Orders are only accepted once Get Laid Beds sends an order confirmation email. An acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
• Products are intended for personal/domestic use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
• Product images and colours shown on the website are illustrative and may vary slightly from the actual product. Bed dimensions may have a manufacturing tolerance of up to ±10mm.
• Customers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel and return standard products after receiving them. However, bespoke, customised, made-to-measure items, and hygiene-sealed products that have been opened are excluded from this right.
• Custom or made-to-measure orders may incur cancellation charges if cancelled close to dispatch, reflecting production and administrative costs already incurred.
• For valid cancellations, Get Laid Beds refunds the product cost and standard delivery charges. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
• Returned items must be unused and suitably packaged. Refunds may be reduced if products show signs of unnecessary handling or damage.
• Delivery dates are estimates only. Get Laid Beds is not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its control.
• Customers must ensure access for deliveries and any purchased assembly services. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, re-deliveries, or failed assembly visits caused by customer-related issues.
• Full payment must be received before products are delivered. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing errors may be corrected by the company, and orders may be rejected if an obvious pricing mistake has occurred.
• Faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory products should be reported within 30 days of delivery. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Customers retain their statutory rights under UK consumer law.
• All intellectual property relating to the products, website content, and documentation remains the property of Get Laid Beds.
• The company limits its liability for unforeseeable losses, business losses, and circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Any disputes should first be raised with Get Laid Beds. Alternative dispute resolution options may be offered if a resolution cannot be reached directly.
