1. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The CariSpray Affiliate Programme is operated by OralAdvance Labs. By joining, you agree to promote CariSpray products honestly and in accordance with these terms.
2. COMMISSION
Standard commission is paid on validated, completed orders. Commission is not payable on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions. Commission rates are outlined in the Commission Groups tab.
3. COOKIE DURATION
Standard cookie window applies as set in your Awin account settings.
4. APPROVED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
- Content marketing (blogs, reviews, social media)
- Email marketing (with proper opt-in lists)
- Coupon and deal sites
- Health, wellness, dental, and parenting publishers
- YouTube, Instagram, TikTok content creators
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- PPC bidding on branded terms (CariSpray, OralAdvance) without prior written approval
- Misleading or false health claims
- Spam or unsolicited email marketing
- Cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent traffic
- Incentivised traffic without prior approval
6. BRANDING
Use of CariSpray and OralAdvance Labs brand assets must comply with our branding guidelines. Do not alter logos or brand colours.
7. TRANSACTIONS
Only sales tracked through the official Awin tracking link are eligible for commission. Self-referral purchases are not permitted.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate any publisher from the programme at any time for breach of these terms or for generating fraudulent activity.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia.
