FELY LLC – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. General By joining the Fely affiliate programme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Fely reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Approved promotional methods Publishers may promote Fely through: editorial content, blog posts, social media, newsletters, comparison sites, and cashback/loyalty platforms. All promotional content must be honest, accurate and reflect the Fely brand aesthetic.
3. Prohibited activities The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on Fely branded keywords (fely, felyhome, fely home) in paid search
- Coupon or discount codes not officially provided by Fely
- Misleading claims about products, pricing or availability
- Spam or unsolicited email marketing
- Content that conflicts with Fely's brand values or visual identity
4. Commission structure
- 8% on all products
- 12% on lighting products (AOV $300–$1,070)
- Validation period: 30 days
- Commissions are subject to change with 30 days notice — reductions limited to 20% within any 30-day period
5. Cookie & tracking period 30 days post-click. Last click attribution model applies.
6. Content guidelines All content featuring Fely products must align with our brand identity: design-forward, minimalist and intentional. Publishers are encouraged to review our Brand Guidelines available in the Documents section.
7. Returns & cancellations Commissions on returned or cancelled orders will be declined within the 30-day validation period.
