Linenstill Affiliate Programme – Awin Publisher Terms & Conditions

1. Programme Overview
Linenstill (the “Advertiser”) operates an affiliate program via the Awin Network. Affiliates (“Publishers”) earn 10% commission on qualified sales driven by tracked links. This document governs participation alongside Awin’s standard publisher terms.
2. Eligibility
- Publishers must be 18+ and have an active, compliant website/social platform.
- Sites must align with sustainable fashion, no adult/illegal/hateful content.
- Linenstill reserves sole right to approve/reject applications and terminate for non-compliance.
3. Commission Structure
- Rate: 10% on NET sales (product value only; excludes tax, shipping, discounts, returns).
- Cookie Window: 30 days (last-click attribution).
- Valid Sales: Commission paid only on shipped, non-returned, non-refunded orders.
- Invalid Sales: No commission on cancellations, returns, fraud, self-purchases, or coupon policy violations.
4. Payments
- Payouts via Awin’s standard schedule; subject to network thresholds.
- Commissions remain pending until the return period (30 days) expires.
- Linenstill may reverse commissions for returns/refunds up to 60 days post-purchase.
5. Permitted Promotion
- Organic content, blogs, social media, email marketing (to opted-in subscribers).
- Proper FTC/Awin affiliate disclosure required on all promotional placements.
- Use only approved creatives/links from Awin; no unauthorised modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
- Publishers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use Linenstill trademarks/creatives for promotion only.
- All assets remain Linenstill property; use ceases upon termination.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination for fraud, policy breach, or brand harm.
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited for violations.
8. Modifications
Linenstill may update terms with 7 days’ notice via Awin; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
