Order canceledCommission is reversed if the customer cancels the order before fulfillment, or if we cancel the order due to fraud screening, payment failure, or address verification failure.
Item was returnedAll returns within our 30-day satisfaction guarantee window result in commission reversal on the returned items. Partial returns reverse commission proportionally to the returned amount.
Customer failed credit checkApplicable to orders placed via Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Klarna, etc.) where the financing provider subsequently declines the customer. The order is treated as canceled and commission reversed.
Breach of program termsCommission is reversed on any sale traced to a violation of program terms — unauthorized PPC, brand bidding, voucher misuse, brand-guideline violations, or incentivized traffic. Repeat violations result in removal.
Duplicate orderWhere a customer places duplicate orders within a short window (typically under 24 hours) and one order is voided or refunded as a duplicate, commission on the voided order is reversed.
Item was out of stockApplicable only where an item becomes unavailable after checkout — e.g., custom diamond settings, made-to-order pieces, or limited-edition designs — and the order cannot be fulfilled. The order is refunded and commission reversed.
OtherAdditional decline reasons: fraudulent transactions, payment chargebacks, address verification failures, orders shipped outside our serviceable region, and orders flagged for manual review that do not ship.
