Affiliates must represent Tilly’s Letters in a way that reflects the brand’s premium, thoughtful, and family-focused positioning.
Tilly’s Letters is a design-led children’s mail subscription centred around storytelling, creativity, and screen-free connection. All content should feel warm, calm, and considered, avoiding overly sales-led, loud, or gimmicky messaging.
Affiliates must:
- Use the correct brand name: Tilly’s Letters (including apostrophe and capitalisation)
- Ensure all descriptions of the product are accurate and not misleading
- Present the product as a children’s monthly mail subscription for ages 2–7
- Reflect the brand’s focus on creativity, imagination, and meaningful parent-child moments
Affiliates must not:
- Misrepresent the product, pricing, or contents of each delivery
- Position the product as a toy, box of random items, or discount-led offer
- Use language that is overly aggressive, spam-like, or misleading (e.g. “free”, “guaranteed results”)
- Create content that could harm the brand’s reputation
Affiliates are encouraged to create content that highlights:
- The experience of receiving and opening the post
- Parent and child interaction
- The personalised nature of the product
- Its suitability as a thoughtful gift
We reserve the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with these guidelines.
