Programme Terms & Conditions
- Commission is paid on valid, completed purchases made through your affiliate link. This includes both subscription and bundle purchases unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription commission applies to the initial transaction only, not recurring monthly payments.
- Cookie window applies as per Awin standard settings (please refer to platform settings for duration).
- Transactions are validated after the standard cooling-off period to allow for cancellations, refunds, or failed payments.
Restrictions
- No use of unauthorised discount codes or promotion of expired offers.
- Paid search bidding on brand terms (e.g. “Tilly’s Letters”) is not permitted without prior written approval.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent the product, pricing, or offering.
- Incentivised traffic (cashback, vouchers, etc.) must be agreed in advance.
Content Guidelines
- Messaging should reflect the brand’s focus on screen-free, creative, and meaningful family experiences.
- Content should be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
- Affiliates are encouraged to highlight the personalised nature, gifting appeal, and monthly delivery format.
General
- We reserve the right to decline commission on orders that breach these terms.
- Terms may be updated at any time.
- By joining the programme, affiliates agree to comply with these guidelines.
