Affiliate Program Terms – Direct Textile Store
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a standard commission on all valid, completed sales.
Commission is paid on the order subtotal excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or charged back will not qualify for commission.
Cookie Duration
We offer a 30-day cookie window. Commission is awarded to the last referring affiliate.
Allowed Promotional Methods
Affiliates are permitted to promote Direct Textile Store through:
Content websites, blogs, and reviews
Social media platforms
Email marketing (to opted-in subscribers only)
Paid search (see restrictions below)
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Bidding on branded keywords including “Direct Textile Store” or variations/misspellings in paid search campaigns
Using unauthorized coupon codes or promoting expired/false offers
Trademark infringement or impersonation of our brand
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects
Posting in spam forums or using unsolicited email (spam)
Coupon & Deal Sites
Only approved coupon and deal affiliates may promote discount codes.
Affiliates may not advertise codes unless they are provided directly or visible on our website.
Order Validation & Payment
All transactions are subject to review and approval.
Commissions are approved after the return period has passed.
We reserve the right to decline commissions for invalid or non-compliant transactions.
Returns & Cancellations
Commission is only paid on completed orders that are not returned or canceled.
If an order is partially refunded, commission will be adjusted accordingly.
Coupon & Promotional Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are:
explicitly provided to them through the Awin platform, or
officially distributed for affiliate use
Affiliates are not permitted to:
scrape, copy, or promote coupon codes found on our website, email campaigns, or other marketing channels unless expressly authorized
promote “generic” or “sitewide” codes in a way that intercepts customers already in the checkout process
use browser extensions, pop-ups, or redirects to apply coupon codes or overwrite existing affiliate attribution
Any affiliate found engaging in coupon poaching or unauthorized promotion will have commissions reversed and may be removed from the program.
Program Changes
We reserve the right to update commission rates, terms, and policies at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
