AWARE HAIR AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS

1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legitimate publishers including beauty and lifestyle editorial outlets, licensed cosmetologists and trichologists, content creators, and ambassadors who align with AWARE Hair's brand standards. AWARE Hair reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any publisher at any time at its sole discretion.
2. APPROVAL PROCESS
All publisher applications are manually reviewed by AWARE Hair. Auto-approval is disabled. AWARE Hair may request additional information including media kits, traffic data, or content samples before approval.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Commission rates are assigned by tier at the time of approval:
PR / Editorial: 20% CPA
Influencer / Ambassador: 15% CPA
Licensed Stylist: 15%–25% CPA (tier-dependent)
Default (unassigned): 10% CPA
Case-by-case bumps to 30–35% are available for top-tier outlet exclusives, arranged directly with the programme manager.
Commission is paid on the pre-discount order subtotal, exclusive of shipping and tax.
4. COOKIE & ATTRIBUTION
Cookie duration: 30 days

5. VALIDATION
Validation period: 30 days from order date.
Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders are automatically declined.
Fraudulent or non-compliant transactions may be declined at AWARE Hair's discretion.
6. RESTRICTIONS
The following are not permitted and will result in commission decline and/or removal from the programme:
- PPC bidding on AWARE, AWARE Hair, AWAREBIO, awarehair.com, or any misspellings or trademark variations
- Coupon, deal, voucher, or cashback redirection sites
- Sub-affiliate networks
- Toolbar publishers, browser extensions that inject affiliate links, and adware
- Trademark infringement of any kind
- Promoting AWARE Hair on mass discount marketplaces or gray-market reseller platforms inconsistent with the brand's salon-exclusive positioning
7. FTC DISCLOSURE
All sponsored content must include clear, conspicuous disclosure compliant with current FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, "Paid partnership with AWARE Hair"). This applies across social media, blog content, video, podcasts, newsletters, and email.
8. MEDICAL CLAIMS PROHIBITION
AWARE Hair products are cosmetic, not therapeutic. Affiliates may not state or imply that AWARE Hair products cure, treat, prevent, or heal any condition, including but not limited to alopecia, hair loss, dandruff, or scalp disorders. Affiliates must use brand-approved language only. A list of approved claims is available on request.
9. BRAND ASSET USAGE
Affiliates may use AWARE Hair logos, product imagery, and approved copy as provided through Awin's Creative tab. Modification of brand assets, recoloring, or use of unapproved imagery is not permitted. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, official ambassadors, or authorised representatives of AWARE Hair beyond the affiliate relationship.
10. PRICING & INVENTORY
AWARE Hair sets all retail pricing. Affiliates may not promote AWARE Hair at non-published prices, create unauthorised discount codes, or represent inventory not currently available at awarehair.com.
11. NOTICE PERIOD & TERMINATION
Notice period: 7 days.
AWARE Hair may terminate any publisher relationship immediately for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or reputational risk.
Pending validated commissions earned prior to termination will be paid per Awin's standard payout schedule.
12. MODIFICATIONS
AWARE Hair reserves the right to update commission rates, approved claims, brand assets, and these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and reflected on this page.
