Shoes NEXBIE

Program Terms

Publishers must follow our branding guidelines when promoting Nexbie.

1. Brand name usage
Please use our brand name as “Nexbie” only. Do not use misspellings, altered versions, abbreviations, or any branding that may confuse customers or imply another official brand identity.

2. Logos, images, and creative assets
Only approved Nexbie logos, product images, and creative assets may be used. Assets must not be edited, distorted, recoloured, cropped in a misleading way, or combined with other branding without prior written approval. Resizing is permitted only where the original proportions are maintained.

3. Representation of the brand
Publishers must not present themselves as the official Nexbie website, store, team, or customer service channel. Promotions must not suggest any exclusive partnership, endorsement, or authorisation unless we have confirmed this in writing.

4. Messaging and claims
All messaging must be accurate, current, and consistent with information shown on our official website. Publishers must not make misleading, exaggerated, or unverified claims regarding pricing, discounts, availability, performance, product benefits, delivery times, warranties, or returns.

5. Offers, discounts, and voucher codes
Only valid and authorised offers, discounts, and voucher codes may be promoted. Publishers must not promote expired, scraped, guessed, exclusive, private, or unauthorised codes.

6. Paid search and trademark use
Publishers must follow our PPC terms at all times. Our brand name, trademarks, brand variations, and misspellings must not be used in paid search ads, display URLs, domains, or social handles without prior written approval.

7. Domains, social accounts, and impersonation
Publishers must not register, use, or promote any domain name, subdomain, social media username, or page name that contains or closely resembles our brand name in a way that may mislead users.

8. Content standards
Nexbie may not be promoted alongside illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsafe content. Publishers must maintain brand-safe placements and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

9. Right to review and removal
We reserve the right to request amendment or removal of any branding, creative, message, or placement that does not comply with these guidelines or that we believe may damage the brand.
