By joining the Nexbie affiliate programme, publishers agree to comply with these programme terms, all applicable Awin rules, and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
1. General participation
Publishers must promote Nexbie in a lawful, accurate, and brand-safe manner at all times. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any publisher from the programme at our discretion.
2. Commission basis
Commissions are paid on the net product value only. VAT, sales tax, delivery charges, shipping fees, payment processing fees, gift wrapping, service charges, and other non-product charges are excluded unless otherwise stated.
3. Transaction validation
Commissions may be declined or adjusted where an order is cancelled, returned, duplicated, out of stock, fraudulent, invalid, or where publisher activity breaches programme terms. Commissions may also be adjusted to reflect the final kept order value.
4. Product eligibility
Commissions currently apply to live product categories unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, partner communication, or programme update.
5. Promotional methods
Approved promotional methods are subject to the programme settings shown in Awin and any additional written guidance we provide. Publishers must not use any promotional method that is prohibited in our programme terms or without prior written approval where approval is required.
6. PPC and search
Any search activity must comply fully with our PPC terms. PPC is permitted only on approved generic, non-brand keywords. Brand bidding, use of brand variations or misspellings, and use of our brand in ad copy, display URLs, domains, or similar placements are prohibited unless we have given prior written approval.
7. Vouchers, discounts, and offers
Only valid, current, and authorised vouchers, discounts, and offers may be promoted. Publishers must not promote scraped, guessed, expired, private, exclusive, or unauthorised codes or misleading offers.
8. Branding and representation
Publishers must comply with our branding guidelines at all times. Publishers must not present themselves as the official Nexbie website, store, team, or customer service channel, and must not use misleading branding, domains, social handles, or creative assets.
9. Content and claims
All promotional content must be accurate, current, and consistent with information available on our official website. Publishers must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverified claims relating to pricing, savings, product features, delivery, returns, or performance.
10. Restricted activity
Publishers must not promote Nexbie alongside illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsafe content. Browser extensions, software-based promotions, behavioural retargeting, media brokering, or any similar activity are not permitted unless we have given prior written approval.
11. Email and data compliance
Any email promotion must use permission-based, compliant mailing lists only and must comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and marketing laws.
12. De-duplication and attribution
Where applicable, transactions may be de-duplicated against selected channels in accordance with our de-duplication policy as shown in Awin. Our validation and attribution decisions will be made in line with programme terms and platform settings.
13. Programme changes
We will provide notice of material programme term changes in accordance with the notice periods stated in Awin. Where possible, we will also provide advance notice of planned website updates that may affect site availability, tracking, or conversions.
14. Right to amend
We reserve the right to amend these programme terms, commission rules, promotional permissions, validation criteria, and participation requirements at any time, subject to applicable notice requirements.
15. Non-compliance
Any breach of programme terms may result in declined commissions, reversal of transactions, suspension from the programme, or removal from the programme.
