Content Guidelines for Publishers
Fitness & Health Claims
Plankpad improves core strength, balance, and posture and we want publishers to communicate those benefits accurately and responsibly. Please follow these guidelines when creating content that references Plankpad's fitness benefits.
You're welcome to say:
- Plankpad helps strengthen your core and improve balance
- Regular use may help reduce back pain and improve posture
- Plankpad makes it easier to build a consistent workout habit
- Users report planking significantly longer with Plankpad than without
- A fun, engaging way to get a full-body workout in minutes a day
Please avoid:
- Specific statistics or quantified claims (e.g. "50% more effective", "burns X calories") unless taken directly from Plankpad's official website or approved materials
- Medical claims, including that Plankpad treats, cures, or prevents any condition
- Before/after language that implies guaranteed results
- Claims about weight loss outcomes
General guidance: Where possible, frame benefits as experiential rather than clinical — "users feel stronger" rather than "clinically proven to build strength." Results naturally vary between users, and content should reflect that.
