Plankpad Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission & Payment Publishers earn a base commission of 5% on all valid, completed sales. Commission rates may be reviewed and increased for high-performing partners at Plankpad's discretion. Commissions are tracked via a 30-day cookie window. Sales that are returned or refunded will have commission reversed accordingly.
2. Approved Promotional Methods Publishers may promote Plankpad via content, email, community, cashback, loyalty, display advertising, and price comparison channels. Search advertising and media broker placements require prior written approval from Plankpad.
3. PPC & Paid Search Publishers may not bid on branded keywords including "Plankpad", "Plank Pad", or any misspellings or variations thereof, without prior written permission. Generic fitness-related terms are permitted.
4. Fitness & Health Claims Publishers must not make unsubstantiated health or medical claims about Plankpad products. Acceptable claims include general benefits such as core strength, balance, and posture improvement. Publishers must not claim Plankpad treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition, and must not use specific performance statistics unless sourced directly from Plankpad's official website or approved materials.
5. FTC Disclosure All publishers must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Plankpad in any content containing affiliate links, in accordance with FTC guidelines. Accepted formats include "#ad", "#sponsored", or a written statement such as "This post contains affiliate links."
6. Brand Usage The Plankpad name and logo must be used accurately and without modification. "Plankpad" must always appear as one word with a capital P. Publishers may not use the Plankpad name in domain names, social media handles, or paid search headlines without prior written approval. All creative assets must be sourced from the Awin platform.
7. Prohibited Content Plankpad ads and content may not appear alongside adult content, politically sensitive material, or content that conflicts with Plankpad's brand values of health, fun, and family.
8. Programme Integrity Self-referral, cookie stuffing, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the programme and reversal of all associated commissions.
9. Termination Plankpad reserves the right to remove any publisher from the program at any time for non-compliance with these terms. Publishers wishing to leave the programme may do so with 30 days' notice.
10. Updates These terms may be updated from time to time. Publishers will be notified of any material changes via the Awin platform.d your program terms.
