GENERAL TERMS – AIRIES AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
1. Programme Overview
Airies is an AI learning platform offering structured courses, certifications, and practical AI training for individuals and organisations.
Affiliates promote Airies subscriptions and earn commissions on successful customer conversions.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn recurring commission on subscription revenue generated through their unique tracking links or approved promo codes.
Standard commission: 20% recurring revenue
Higher tiers may be offered based on performance or partnership agreements
Commission applies only to successful, completed payments
Recurring commission continues for the lifetime of the customer subscription, unless cancelled or terminated.
3. Validation & Payment
Transactions are validated after successful payment confirmation
Commissions are approved after the refund period has passed
Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for commission
Subscription cancellations will stop future recurring commissions
Airies reserves the right to reverse commissions for invalid or non-compliant transactions.
4. Attribution & Tracking
Tracking is based on affiliate links and/or approved promo codes
Where both are present, promo code attribution may take priority
Only one affiliate will be credited per transaction
Accurate tracking requires users to accept cookies where applicable
Affiliates must not manipulate tracking mechanisms.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Airies through approved channels including:
Websites, blogs, and content platforms
Social media and communities
Email marketing (with proper consent)
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent Airies or its services
Make false claims (e.g. guaranteed income, misleading results)
Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or illegal promotion methods
Bid on branded keywords (e.g. “Airies”, “Airies AI”) in paid ads without permission
Impersonate Airies or act as an official representative
6. Brand Usage
Affiliates may use Airies branding, logos, and assets only for the purpose of promotion and in accordance with brand guidelines.
Any misuse of branding may result in removal from the programme.
7. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent transactions or self-referrals
Incentivised traffic without approval (e.g. cashback, forced signups)
Cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation
Use of adult, illegal, or inappropriate content environments
Any activity that damages the Airies brand
Violation may result in immediate removal and commission forfeiture.
8. Right to Modify
Airies reserves the right to:
Adjust commission rates
Update programme terms
Modify tracking or attribution rules
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
9. Termination
Airies may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time in cases of:
Breach of terms
Fraudulent activity
Brand misuse
Affiliates may also leave the programme at any time.
