Du & Berry Affiliate Program Terms
Du & Berry is a New York–based womenswear brand founded in 2023 by designer Lin Du. The brand creates expressive yet wearable garments designed with thoughtful materials and an emphasis on comfort, individuality, and ease. We welcome affiliates who share an appreciation for design, fashion, and thoughtful storytelling.
Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on completed and approved orders placed through tracked affiliate links. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded will not qualify for commission. Validation typically occurs within 30 days to allow for returns processing.
Promotion Guidelines
We encourage affiliates to promote Du & Berry through editorial content, social media, newsletters, influencer partnerships, and curated fashion or lifestyle recommendations. Content should accurately represent the brand and products.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates may not bid on the Du & Berry brand name or variations of the brand name in paid search campaigns (including misspellings or similar phrases). Affiliates may not use the Du & Berry trademark in ad copy, display URLs, or domain names that could imply official brand ownership.
Discount Codes & Offers
Only promotional codes and offers explicitly provided through the affiliate program may be promoted. Unauthorized discount codes may result in commission being declined.
Brand Representation
Affiliates should present the brand in a way that reflects its design-focused and premium positioning. Content should not be misleading or misrepresent pricing, products, or promotions.
Du & Berry reserves the right to review affiliate activity and remove partners who do not comply with these guidelines.
