General Program Terms
DLX Mattress affiliate program welcomes publishers and content creators that produce high-quality, original content related to mattresses, sleep products, and bedroom furniture. Preferred partners include review sites, buying guides, comparison sites, and educational content focused on helping consumers make informed mattress purchasing decisions.
Publishers must maintain websites, social channels, or platforms that provide meaningful editorial content. Websites or platforms consisting primarily of scraped, duplicated, automatically generated, or thin content are not permitted. Content should provide genuine value to consumers such as mattress reviews, comparisons, sleep education, or buying guidance.
Content creators are welcome to participate in the program. This includes creators publishing original content through websites, YouTube videos, Instagram posts, Facebook posts, TikTok posts, and similar platforms. Promotional content must be original, transparent, and related to mattresses, sleep products, or bedroom products. All promotions must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure regulations, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required.
The use of artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting or editing content is permitted. However, websites consisting primarily of automatically generated content with little or no human editorial oversight are not permitted. Content must be reviewed, edited, and curated by a human publisher and must provide real value to consumers.
Paid search promotion may be permitted on generic, non-branded keywords. Publishers may not bid on trademarked terms including “DLX Mattress,” “DLX Premier,” “DLX LatexLux,” “DLX Essential,” or any variations or misspellings of DLX Mattress. Direct linking from paid search advertisements to dlxmattress.com is not permitted.
Publishers may not represent themselves as DLX Mattress, impersonate the brand, or create websites, advertisements, or landing pages that could reasonably confuse consumers into believing they are the official DLX Mattress website.
Coupon websites, cashback platforms, loyalty programs, browser extensions, toolbars, and behavioral retargeting publishers are not permitted without prior written approval.
Commissions are paid on completed mattress purchases only. Accessories, foundations, adjustable bases, bedding, service fees, shipping charges, taxes, and other non-mattress items are not eligible for commission.
Commissions may be declined for canceled orders, returned items, duplicate orders, fraudulent activity, violations of program terms, or any promotional activity that does not comply with DLX Mattress policies.
Commissions will not be paid on duplicate transactions. If the same order is tracked and credited through another affiliate platform, partner program, or direct publisher agreement, DLX Mattress reserves the right to decline the duplicate commission to prevent double payment.
Publishers may not promote DLX Mattress on websites or platforms containing illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or adult content. All promotional activity must comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and email marketing regulations.
DLX Mattress reserves the right to modify program terms, adjust commission structures, or remove publishers from the program if the publisher does not comply with program policies or engages in activity that may harm the DLX Mattress brand.
