Below are the general terms governing participation in the PiperWai Affiliate Program.
Publisher Benefits
Approved affiliates will receive:
Access to creative assets, brand guidelines, and approved messaging
Early access to select campaigns, product launches, and promotional opportunities
Ongoing support via affiliate communications (newsletters, updates, and offers)
We prioritize long-term partnerships and may offer performance-based incentives or increased commission rates at our discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all net sales
Net sales exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns
Cookie Duration: 90 days
Sales completed within this window will be credited to the affiliate
Exclusions:
Wholesale or bulk orders
Orders using employee or internal discount codes
Self-purchases by the affiliate
Returned or refunded orders will result in commission reversals
Validation Process
Transactions are validated after the applicable return window has passed
Any cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders will be declined or reversed
PiperWai reserves the right to review transactions for compliance before approval
Returns Policy
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-returned orders
Any returns, refunds, or chargebacks will be deducted from affiliate earnings
Affiliate Conduct & Compliance
Affiliates must:
Represent PiperWai accurately, truthfully, and in good faith
Align with our brand values of transparency, integrity, and clean beauty
Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated results, or non-compliant health statements
The following are strictly prohibited:
Bidding on branded search terms (e.g., “PiperWai,” “Piper Wai deodorant”)
Use of spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or deceptive marketing tactics
Misrepresentation of offers, pricing, or product benefits
Voucher Codes & Promotions
Only voucher codes provided directly by PiperWai or through AWIN (e.g., My Offers or Communication Centre) are permitted
Unauthorized, leaked, or scraped codes may result in commission rejection
Affiliates may not promote expired or invalid offers
Consequences of Breach
Failure to comply with these terms may result in:
Commission reversals
Temporary suspension from the program
Permanent removal from the affiliate program
PiperWai reserves the right to enforce these actions at its discretion.
Approval & Termination
All affiliates are subject to manual approval
PiperWai reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of policy violations
Communications
By joining the PiperWai Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to receive program-related communications, including:
Campaign updates
Product launches
Promotional opportunities
Monthly newsletters
Affiliates may unsubscribe at any time; however, doing so may limit access to important program updates and opportunities.
