Nature Smart Supplements US — Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining or participating in the Nature Smart Supplements Affiliate Program. These terms are written in clear language to ensure they are easily understood. Adherence protects Nature Smart Supplements, our customers, and our affiliates while keeping the programme compliant, fair, and sustainable.
Definitions "We," "us," or "our" refers to Nature Smart Supplements / GreatLife Worldwide "You," "your," or "affiliate" refers to the Affiliate, Publisher, or Creator "Our website" refers to www.getnaturesmart.com and any related domains "Programme" refers to the Nature Smart Supplements Affiliate Programme
Commission Structure: Standard commission: 20% per sale. Bonus incentives available for top-performing partners.
Cookie Duration: 90 days
Payout: Commissions are paid once the order has been successfully completed, shipped, and is past the return window. Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission. Self-purchases are not eligible.
PPC & Paid Advertising Guidelines
Affiliates may NOT:
- Bid on Nature Smart Supplements or GreatLife Worldwide trademarked terms, including any variations, misspellings, or abbreviations, including but not limited to "NatureSmart," "Nature Smart Supplements," "GreatLife Worldwide," or "GreatLife"
- Bid on our product names including but not limited to "PhytoZon," "GLP-Xtreme," "Stem Cell Release Factor," "Wild Conk," "Pure02," "Cherry Blaster," "Nu-Derma Gold," "PureAquaMins," or any variation or misspelling thereof
- Use our trademarks or product names in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or creative text
- Direct-link paid ads to our website without prior written approval
- Use deceptive or exaggerated advertising practices including guarantees, before-and-after imagery, or time-based results claims
Affiliates MAY bid on trademark plus coupon-intent keywords such as "Nature Smart Supplements coupon" or "NatureSmart promo code" provided ads link to a dedicated coupon or deals page only.
Product Claims & Regulatory Compliance
Due to FDA regulations governing dietary supplements, affiliates may not make medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims about any Nature Smart Supplements products.
Affiliates may NOT claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. This includes but is not limited to claims related to:
- Weight loss guarantees or specific results
- Joint pain or arthritis treatment
- Anti-aging or age reversal
- Hormonal regulation
- Blood sugar or metabolic condition treatment
- Immune system disease prevention
- Cognitive decline or neurological conditions
Affiliates must use general wellness and structure/function language only. Personal anecdotes must be framed as individual experiences and may not be presented as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
Required FDA Disclaimer
When referencing product benefits or wellness support, affiliates must include the following disclaimer clearly and visibly:
"These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
FTC Endorsement & Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Nature Smart Supplements in accordance with FTC guidelines. Disclosures must:
- Be unavoidable and easy to notice
- Appear near the beginning of the content
- Not be hidden behind "see more" links or buried in hashtags
Approved disclosures include "#ad," "#paidpartner," or clear language such as "I earn commissions from Nature Smart Supplements."
Email Marketing
Email marketing is permitted only under the following conditions:
- All campaigns must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant
- Affiliates must obtain prior written approval before launching any email campaigns
- Unauthorized email campaigns will be considered a violation of these Terms
Content Accuracy & Reviews
Affiliates may NOT:
- Publish fake or fabricated reviews or testimonials
- Present AI-generated content as genuine consumer experience
- Create misleading review, complaint, or comparison websites
- Make superiority claims over named competitors
Branding Guidelines
Brand names and product names must always be spelled and formatted correctly. Affiliates may use Nature Smart Supplements approved brand materials, logos, and creatives only as provided through official Awin channels. Unauthorized modification of brand assets or misuse of trademarks is prohibited. Affiliates must not present themselves as representatives, partners, or employees of Nature Smart Supplements or GreatLife Worldwide.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Nature Smart Supplements through approved websites, blogs, and social media channels. The following are not permitted: incentivised traffic, spam or unsolicited email marketing, coupon scraping, or unauthorized discount codes. Only voucher codes officially shared through the Awin My Offers section or via the Communication Centre are permitted.
Monitoring & Enforcement
Nature Smart Supplements reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity at any time. If a violation is identified the affiliate will be notified and must immediately pause or remove non-compliant activity. Serious or repeated violations may result in commission reversals, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the programme.
Programme Changes
Nature Smart Supplements reserves the right to update or change programme terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant updates with a minimum of 7 days notice via the Awin Communication Centre.
Final Authority
Nature Smart Supplements reserves the right to interpret, enforce, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All compliance and enforcement decisions are final.
