Publishers may not make any disease treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis claims when promoting our products. All promotional content must include the standard FDA disclaimer: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." Publishers must also comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and clearly identify their affiliate relationship in all promotional content. Violation of these requirements will result in commission reversal and removal from the program. |
