UnifyDrive Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure & Payments
Standard Commission: 5% per valid sale.
Validation Period: 30 days. Commissions will be approved after the 30-day window to account for product returns or cancellations.
Cookie Length: 30 days post-click.
Payment Term: Net 30 days from the invoice date.
Exclusions: Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding shipping fees, taxes (VAT/Sales Tax), and any refunded amounts.
2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
To protect the UnifyDrive brand, all affiliates must adhere to the following:
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand keywords, including but not limited to: "UnifyDrive", "Unify Drive", "UP6", "UC250", and any misspellings or variations.
Negative Keywords: Affiliates must add the brand terms mentioned above as "Negative Keywords" in their PPC campaigns to avoid broad match triggering.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to https://unifydrive.com/ from search ads is not permitted; traffic must go through the affiliate's own landing page.
3. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
Authorized Codes Only: Affiliates may only promote discount codes explicitly provided through the Awin platform.
Unauthorized Usage: Commissions may be declined if a sale is attributed to a code from other marketing channels (e.g., print media, email newsletters, or private influencer codes).
Scraping Prohibited: Harvesting codes from other sites or "leak" sites is strictly forbidden.
4. Creative & Content Guidelines
Official Assets: Affiliates must only use banners, logos, and product images provided in the Awin Creative Gallery.
Technical Accuracy: All product descriptions (especially for NAS devices like UP6) must align with the official specifications on unifydrive.com.
Prohibited Content: Promotion on sites containing adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content is prohibited.
5. Termination & Compliance
Breach of Terms: Any violation of the PPC policy or fraudulent activity (e.g., cookie stuffing) will result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of all pending commissions.
Notice Period: Unify Data Technology LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms with a 7-day notice period.
