Program Terms
1. Commission Structure & Validation
Standard Commission: 5% per valid sale.
Validation Period: 60 days (This accounts for our 30-day return policy plus processing time).
Cookie Period: 30 days.
Returns/Cancellations: Commissions will not be paid on orders that are fully refunded or cancelled before shipping.
2. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Closed PPC Policy: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on brand terms (e.g., "BZEN", "BZEN Bikes", "BZEN Vienna") or any misspellings of the brand name.
Negative Keywords: We require affiliates to add "BZEN" as a negative keyword in their PPC campaigns.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to bzenbikes.com via PPC ads is strictly prohibited.
3. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
Authorized Codes Only: Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform for affiliate use.
No "Fake" Vouchers: Using "Click to reveal" buttons for expired or non-existent codes is prohibited and may result in removal from the program.
Commission Adjustments: We reserve the right to lower commission rates for sales where a non-affiliate voucher code (e.g., from a newsletter or internal promotion) was used.
4. Content & Brand Guidelines
Brand Alignment: BZEN is a premium brand. Content must be professional, accurate, and high-quality.
Pricing Accuracy: Affiliates must ensure that any pricing or technical specifications (e.g., weight, range) displayed are up to date.
No Prohibited Content: We do not partner with sites containing offensive, adult, or illegal content.
5. Social Media & Transparency
Disclosure: Affiliates must comply with local advertising regulations by clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship (e.g., using #ad).
No Impersonation: You may not create social media pages or accounts that appear to be the official BZEN brand.
