Through the PANE Affiliate Program, publishers can earn commission by promoting our footwear collections to fashion-conscious and active audiences around the world.
We welcome partnerships with content creators, review websites, influencers, media publishers, and performance marketers.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commission on valid completed sales generated through their unique affiliate tracking links.
Commission is applied to the net order value excluding taxes, shipping fees, and returned orders.
Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or violate our policies will not qualify for commission.
All clicks, orders, and commissions can be tracked in real time through the Awin affiliate dashboard.
3. Cookie Duration
The PANE affiliate program offers a 30-day cookie window.
If a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, the commission will be credited to your account (last-click attribution applies).
4. Commission Validation & Payment
All orders are subject to a validation period of up to 30 days to account for cancellations, refunds, and payment verification.
After the validation period, commissions will be approved and paid according to the Awin payment schedule.
5. Allowed Traffic Sources
We welcome affiliates using the following promotional channels:

6. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on PANE branded keywords on search engines, including but not limited to:

Affiliates may run generic footwear or lifestyle keyword campaigns that do not include brand terms.
Direct linking to the PANE website from branded paid search ads is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in commission reversal or program termination.
7. Advertising Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials:
Accurately represent PANE products and brand identity
Do not contain misleading, exaggerated, or false claims
Do not promote unauthorized coupon codes or discounts
Respect PANE brand trademarks and intellectual property
Affiliates are encouraged to create original content, such as product reviews, styling guides, and social media posts.
8. FTC Disclosure Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and endorsement regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
When promoting PANE products, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission if a customer purchases through their affiliate link.

9. Program Termination
PANE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion if the affiliate:

Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time.
10. Changes to Program Terms
PANE reserves the right to modify the affiliate program terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant updates where possible. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
