As a family-run British business with our own factory in Shropshire, we take a considered and thoughtful approach to affiliate marketing. We believe in quality over quantity, and we work best with partners who share our commitment to authenticity, integrity, and premium presentation.
Our Approach
We collaborate with affiliates who create meaningful, high-quality content and who present Heaven Skincare in a way that reflects our British heritage and luxury positioning. Our focus is on honest recommendations, considered storytelling, and genuine engagement — not mass discounting or aggressive sales tactics.
Affiliates are rewarded fairly for driving valid, completed sales, with commission calculated on the net transaction value (excluding VAT, delivery, and service charges).
Transparency & Fairness
We aim to be clear, consistent, and fair in how our programme operates. Where possible, we provide advance notice of any changes to commission structures, programme terms, or website updates that may impact affiliate activity.
Commissions may be declined in cases such as cancelled or returned orders, duplicate transactions, breaches of programme terms, or other valid reasons including fraud prevention or misuse of promotions.
Brand Representation
Our brand should always be represented with care and accuracy. We ask all affiliates to:
Use approved brand assets only
Avoid altering logos, imagery, or product names
Refrain from misleading claims or unauthorised promotions
Present the brand in a refined, premium, and authentic manner
