COLORDIAMONDS Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
By joining the COLORDIAMONDS affiliate programme on Awin, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure your promotional methods are compliant.
1. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
Status: Restricted
We have a strict policy regarding Paid Search (PPC) on engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Brand Bidding is NOT Prohibited: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand terms, including but not limited to: "ColorDiamonds," "Color Diamonds," "ColorDiamonds UK," "IGI Mask," or any misspellings or variations thereof.
Generic Keywords: You are permitted to bid on generic keywords (e.g., "LED mask," "red light therapy," "anti-ageing device") provided they do not violate the brand bidding restrictions.
Negative Keywords: We request that PPC affiliates add "ColorDiamonds" as a negative keyword to their campaigns.
2. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
Authorized Codes Only: Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform or directly by our affiliate manager.
Unauthorized Codes: Sales generated using unauthorized codes (e.g., codes issued to other exclusive affiliates, newsletter signup codes, or internal staff codes) will not be eligible for commission.
"Click to Reveal": Affiliates must not use "Click to Reveal" or misleading technology that sets the affiliate cookie without a genuine user click/intent.
3. Commission & Validation
Standard Commission: 12% on valid sales.
Validation Period: Sales are validated within 30-45 days to account for our returns policy.
Declined Sales: Commissions will be declined for:
Cancelled orders.
Returned/Refunded orders.
Duplicate orders.
Orders processed with unauthorized voucher codes.
Fraudulent transactions.
4. Content & Medical Claims (Important)
As the ColorDiamonds IGI Mask is an FDA-Cleared device, accuracy is essential.
No False Medical Claims: Affiliates strictly must not claim that the device "cures" diseases. Please stick to the official language: "FDA Cleared," "treats acne," "reduces wrinkles," "anti-ageing," etc.
Official Assets: Please use the imagery and copy provided in the Awin interface. Do not alter the ColorDiamonds logo.
Prohibited Content: We will not partner with sites that display content related to adult/pornographic material, gambling, violence, or discrimination.
5. Social Media & Influencers
Disclosure: All social media partners must comply with local advertising standards (e.g., ASA in the UK, FTC in the US) by clearly disclosing the partnership (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate).
Tagging: Please tag our official social accounts when posting content.
6. Sub-Networks
Affiliates operating as sub-networks must be transparent about their traffic sources. We reserve the right to request a breakdown of the referring URLs.
7. Breach of Terms
COLORDIAMONDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms. Commissions generated during a period of breach will be voided.
