Affiliates may not use the La Voie brand name, brand variations, or misspellings in paid search ads, display URLs, ad copy, domain names, social handles, or creative in a way that implies official brand ownership or partnership.
Affiliates may not bid on brand or brand-plus keywords (including misspellings) or run shopping/CSS ads without prior written approval.
Creative, messaging, and brand representation must align with La Voie’s premium positioning. Content must be accurate, non-misleading, and must not reference unauthorized promotions, discounts, or “official” language.
La Voie reserves the right to remove or decline commissions for any breach of these guidelines.
