Affiliates must comply with all La Voie branding, PPC, and promotional guidelines as outlined in this program. Brand bidding, use of the La Voie name or variations in paid search, display URLs, ad copy, domains, or unauthorized shopping/CSS ads is not permitted without prior written approval.
Affiliates may not promote unauthorized discounts, coupon codes, or misleading claims, or represent themselves as the official brand. All promotional activity must align with La Voie’s premium positioning and values.
Commissions will not be paid on orders where an affiliate tracking link is used in conjunction with any discount code, unless expressly approved in writing by La Voie. Orders that combine affiliate links and promotional codes may be deemed ineligible for commission at La Voie’s sole discretion.
Commissions are paid on valid, completed sales only and may be declined or reversed in cases of cancellations, returns, duplicate orders, failed payments, or breach of program terms.
La Voie reserves the right to review publisher activity, withhold or reverse commissions, and remove affiliates from the program at its discretion.
