Program Terms

Affiliates are expected to represent the Kind Water brand accurately, professionally, and in a way that builds trust with customers. The following guidelines apply to all promotions.

Brand Name Usage

Always use Kind Water (capital K and W) when referencing the brand.

Do not alter, abbreviate, misspell, or modify the brand name.

Do not use the Kind Water name or variations in domain names, social handles, or display URLs.

Logos & Creative Assets

Affiliates may use approved logos, images, and creative assets provided by Kind Water.

Logos may not be altered, recolored, stretched, or overlaid with additional graphics or text.

Do not create custom logos or branding that may imply ownership or official partnership beyond affiliate status.

Messaging & Claims

All product claims must be truthful, accurate, and aligned with Kind Water’s approved messaging.

Do not make unsupported health, medical, or regulatory claims.

Avoid misleading language such as “official site,” “exclusive,” or “guaranteed” unless explicitly approved.

Paid Search & PPC

Affiliates may not bid on Kind Water brand terms, brand variations, misspellings, or brand-plus-modifier keywords.

Affiliates may not use the Kind Water brand name in paid ad copy, headlines, or display URLs.

Non-brand and informational PPC is permitted where compliant with program terms.

Coupons & Promotions

Only approved and authorized promotions may be advertised.

Affiliates may not promote expired, unauthorized, or misleading coupon codes.

Coupon language must accurately reflect the offer.

Content Standards

Content should be professional, accurate, and respectful.

Affiliates may not engage in deceptive, spammy, or misleading marketing practices.

Kind Water reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with these guidelines.

Compliance

Failure to follow these branding guidelines or program terms may result in commission reversal or removal from the affiliate program.
