By joining the Kind Water Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive experience for our customers and fair partnerships with our affiliates.
Commission Eligibility
Commissions are paid on approved, completed purchases tracked through AWIN.
Commissions apply to eligible water filtration systems only, unless otherwise stated.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or not completed are not commissionable.
Attribution & Cookie Window
Kind Water offers a 60-day attribution window from the initial affiliate click.
Commission is awarded to the last eligible affiliate click within the attribution period.
Commission Structure
Commission rates may vary based on program promotions, performance tiers, or special agreements.
Kind Water reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice to affiliates.
Replacement filters, subscriptions, and accessories may be excluded or subject to different commission rates.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may not:
Bid on Kind Water brand terms, trademarks, or close variations in paid search
Use Kind Water trademarks in domain names, social handles, or misleading URLs
Promote unauthorized coupon codes or incentives
Engage in spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices
All promotions must accurately represent Kind Water products and brand messaging.
Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved logos, creatives, and assets provided by Kind Water.
Any custom creative or claims must be truthful and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Kind Water reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with brand standards.
Transaction Validation & Payments
Transactions are subject to a standard validation period to account for returns or cancellations.
Approved commissions are paid according to AWIN’s payment schedule and terms.
Program Changes & Termination
Kind Water reserves the right to modify program terms, commission rates, or policies at any time with reasonable notice.
We may remove affiliates from the program for violations of these terms or AWIN policies.
