Terms and Conditions

Traffic and promotion

• Allowed traffic: content sites, hosting and tech review blogs, coupon and cashback sites, email marketing compliant with anti‑spam laws, social media and YouTube reviews.

• Prohibited traffic: incentivized traffic, click fraud, misleading or illegal content, adult/warez, brand bidding on “Unihost” or misspellings in paid search, toolbar/adware traffic.

• Geo: not allowed promotion and traffic from sanctioned countries (russia, Belarus, Iran, Afghanistan, North Korea, etc)

• Paid search: bidding on Unihost trademarks, domain names or misspellings is not allowed in any search engine or ad platform; use of the brand in ad copy requires approval.

 

Commission and tracking

• Model: CPA for valid, paid hosting orders (dedicated servers, VPS and cloud services).

• Commission: fixed 10% commission per new order, with possible custom rates for high‑volume or exclusive partners. (open for discussion for bulk orders, lifetime bonuses)

• Attribution: last‑click attribution via Awin tracking with a cookie window (30 days); self‑referrals and employee purchases are not commissionable.

 

Validation and cancellations

• Validation period: transactions are approved or declined within 30 days after payment.

• Possible cancellation reasons: unpaid or refunded orders, chargebacks, test or duplicate orders, fraudulent or incentivized traffic, breach of program or network terms.

• If any of the promotion rules are violated, this may result in the cancellation of the commission for the order or termination of the cooperation.

 

Brand and creatives

• Brand usage: affiliates may use official Unihost brand name, logo and creatives provided in the program; any modification or co‑branding requires prior written approval.

• Coupons and offers: only official and current promotions provided by Unihost may be used; creating fake discounts or misleading offers is strictly prohibited.

• Paid search: bidding on Unihost trademarks, domain names or misspellings is not allowed in any search engine or ad platform; use of the brand in ad copy requires approval.
