Affiliate compliance & promotional guidelines
ALL PROMOTIONAL CONTENT MUST BE SIGNED OFF BY CREDITSPRING
To protect consumers and comply with FCA financial promotion requirements:
- Affiliates must not use urgency, pressure, or “guaranteed acceptance” language
- Affiliates must not frame Creditspring as a solution for financial emergencies, or debt crises
- Messaging should focus on support, predictability, and transparency, not quick access to cash
- Creditspring should be framed as support for unexpected or essential expenses, not for discretionary or lifestyle spending
Affiliates must include an APR and representative example when:
- Referring to specific borrowing amounts, repayment terms, or costs
- Making comparisons with other credit products
- Using language that could reasonably be interpreted as a credit offer, not just brand awareness
Affiliates are expected to ensure all promotions are clear, fair, and not misleading.

Commissions are the standard payments we pay to Affiliates/Publisher for successfully introducing a customer to Creditspring that signs a contract as laid out in our profile.
The Commission Rate shall only be payable by Creditspring to the Publisher/Affiliate for Customers who the Product Provider has accepted, and who have satisfied the following conditions (the “Loan Application Criteria”):
a. the Customer has signed a credit agreement for a Product with Creditspring within 30 days of the introduction being made by the Publisher/Affiliate to Creditspring;
b. the Customer does not withdraw from the credit agreement within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days;
