Terms and Conditions of Sale

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, “Ticketpipe” refers to Ticketpipe Limited of 4th Floor, Cloister Court, 22-26 Farringdon Lane, London EC1R 3AU, registered in England under number 14003339. Ticketpipe sells all tickets as an agent on behalf of the organisers, promoters, artists, venues, or producers of an event (each referred to as a “Promoter”) on these Terms and Conditions and subject to any other applicable terms, conditions, or rules relevant to that event.

  • “Event” means any entertainment event, including (but not limited to) concerts, exhibitions, sporting events, theatrical performances, or musical productions, to be held at a Venue, for which Ticketpipe has the right to sell Tickets.
  • “Event Partner” means any party involved in providing the Event, such as a Promoter, venue operator, performer, or producer.
  • “Group” means a minimum of eight (8) customers making a single booking of Tickets for an Event. The group discount threshold may vary between productions.
  • “Promoter” means the person, firm, or company staging the Event.
  • “Ticket(s)” means printed or electronic tickets granting access to an Event, sold by Ticketpipe on behalf of Event Partner(s).
  • “Venue” means any facility or location where the Event is held.
  • “Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public or bank holidays.
  • “You” refers to the person purchasing Tickets or anyone acting with their authority. “Your” shall be interpreted accordingly.
    Contract and Incorporation of Terms
Your contract to purchase Ticket(s) is formed when Ticketpipe confirms your order and processes your payment. This contract expires immediately after the Event has taken place. All purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks; transactions may be cancelled if verification fails.

By purchasing Ticket(s), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate any additional terms and regulations imposed by the Event Partner(s). In the event of a conflict, the Promoter’s or Venue’s terms will take precedence.

Tickets

All Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. A valid Ticket must be produced for entry to the Event. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket(s) upon receipt; mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase.

Ticketpipe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed Tickets. Duplicate Tickets may not always be available, especially for non-seated events, and may be issued at the discretion of the Promoter or Venue.

Ticketpipe and the Event Partner(s) reserve the right to provide alternative seats of equal or greater value if necessary due to Event requirements.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, or competitions without formal written permission from the Event Partner(s). Unauthorised use, duplication, or attempted acquisition of Tickets by automated means may result in cancellation without notice.

Possession of a Ticket does not grant any rights to use or reproduce trademarks or other intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.

Price and Payment

The Ticket price is set at the time if booking. Additional Tickets added later may be subject to different pricing and availability.

All advertised prices include applicable taxes and, where relevant, per-ticket booking fees. Full payment in cleared funds is required before any booking is accepted. Suspected fraudulent bookings may be cancelled.

Ticketing Agent Disclaimer

Ticketpipe acts solely as a ticketing agent and does not organise, own, or control any aspect of the Event. All responsibility for the performance, quality, content, and delivery of the Event lies with the Promoter or Event Partner(s). Ticketpipe is not liable for any issues arising from the staging or management of the Event, including but not limited to changes to content, scheduling, performer availability, or venue policies.

Delivery
Tickets will be delivered as e-tickets to the registered email address.

Changes to the Event
The Event Partner reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to the Event programme. Ticketpipe is not responsible for such changes.

Cancelled/Rescheduled Events
You are responsible for confirming whether an Event has been cancelled or rescheduled. Ticketpipe will attempt to notify customers using the contact details provided but cannot guarantee this. Please notify Ticketpipe of any contact detail changes.

Refunds may be available in accordance with the Event Partner’s terms if the Event is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed. A ‘material’ change is one that makes the Event significantly different from what was advertised, as determined by the Event Partner. Use of understudies does not qualify as a material change.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method when possible. Ticketpipe is not liable for any costs beyond the face value of the Ticket(s).

Liability
Personal arrangements such as travel or accommodation are made at your own risk. Ticketpipe’s liability, and that of the Event Partner(s), is limited to the value of the Tickets purchased, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Resale of Tickets
Tickets may not be resold or transferred if prohibited by law. Unauthorised resale or transfer may result in cancellation without refund.

Void Tickets
Tickets obtained in breach of these Terms are void. Attempted use may be treated as trespass, and such Tickets are non-refundable.

Conditions of Admission and Attendance
Admission is subject to the Event Partner’s rules. Disruptive behaviour, breach of Venue policies, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in ejection without refund.

Minimum age policies apply per Event. Children require their own Tickets and must be supervised by at least one adult per ten children.

Restrictions and Prohibitions
Use of recording equipment is prohibited. Unauthorised materials may be confiscated. By attending an Event, you consent to being filmed or recorded.

Prohibited items include animals (except assistance dogs), weapons, illegal substances, and external food or drink (unless permitted). Venues may search attendees and deny re-entry at their discretion.
Late Admission and Re-entry
Late admission is at the Venue’s discretion and may only be allowed at a suitable break. Re-entry is not guaranteed.

Force Majeure
Ticketpipe and the Event Partner(s) shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by events outside their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Data Protection and Privacy
All personal information provided to Ticketpipe is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a Ticket, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accessibility Services
Customers with accessibility requirements should contact Ticketpipe or the venue prior to booking to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made. Availability of accessible services is subject to venue capacity and operational constraints.

Customer Conduct
Customers must not engage in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to staff, performers, or other attendees. Ticketpipe and the venue reserve the right to refuse service or entry without refund in such cases.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
