Brand Usage

The brand must always be written as Ticketpipe (capital T, lowercase p).

Affiliates may use approved Ticketpipe logos, creatives, and brand assets supplied via AWIN only.

Logos and brand assets must not be altered, recoloured, stretched, or combined with other branding without prior written approval.

Messaging & Representation

Ticketpipe must be presented as an official UK ticketing and experiences platform.

Affiliates must not imply exclusive ownership of Ticketpipe inventory unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Claims such as “cheapest”, “best prices”, or similar superlatives should only be used where supported by approved promotional messaging.

Ticketpipe should not be misrepresented as a resale or secondary ticket marketplace.

Promotional Restrictions

Affiliates must not bid on Ticketpipe brand terms, misspellings, or close variants in paid search unless expressly authorised.

Use of Ticketpipe branding in domain names, social media handles, or app names is not permitted.

Voucher, cashback, and incentive-based promotions must reflect live, approved offers only.

Content & Compliance

All content must be accurate, up to date, and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and AWIN policies.

Ticketpipe reserves the right to request changes or removal of non-compliant content.
