Tripr Presents – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (Rise & Shine & Snow & Balance Launch Events)
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the promotion of Tripr Presents: Rise & Shine and Tripr Presents: Snow & Balance (the “Events”). They do not apply to any other Tripr products, experiences, or future events unless expressly stated in writing by Tripr Ltd.
The Events are limited-capacity, one-off launch events. Availability is subject to change and events may sell out or be withdrawn at any time.
Commission is payable only on completed, paid-for ticket purchases that comply with these Terms. Cancelled, refunded, transferred, complimentary, or staff/partner tickets are non-commissionable.
Tripr Ltd acts as the event promoter and organiser for these Events.
2. Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers will receive:
Access to promote exclusive Tripr Presents launch events
Dedicated affiliate support during the campaign period
Priority consideration for future Tripr Presents campaigns
Additional benefits, including commission uplifts, may be offered at Tripr’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
3. Commission Structure
A fixed commission of £25 per validated ticket purchase
Commission is calculated on a per-transaction basis, regardless of the number of tickets purchased in a single order
Commission is payable on the net ticket price only, excluding:
VAT
Booking or processing fees
Discounts or promotional credits
Commission applies only to transactions generated during the active campaign period and is subject to ticket availability.
4. Validation Process
All transactions are subject to validation by Tripr Ltd.
Transactions will be validated after the relevant event has taken place. Any transaction that results in:
Cancellation
Refund (full or partial)
Chargeback
Breach of these Terms
will be declined or reversed. Partial refunds may result in partial commission reversal.
5. Consequences of Breaching Terms
If a publisher breaches these Terms, Tripr Ltd reserves the right to:
Reverse or withhold commission
Temporarily suspend the publisher
Permanently remove the publisher from the programme
Exclude the publisher from future Tripr Presents campaigns
Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination without notice.
6. Voucher Codes
Only voucher or promotional codes explicitly issued by Tripr Ltd and listed within the Awin platform may be used.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Use of unauthorised, expired, or scraped codes
Auto-applied or browser-extension voucher codes
Implied discounts or incentives not approved by Tripr
Any transaction generated using an unauthorised code will be declined.
7. Cookie Period
Cookie duration: 30 days
Attribution model: Last-click
Cookie eligibility ends once an event is sold out or withdrawn.
8. Additional Contact Information
Publishers are encouraged to contact Tripr with any questions or campaign-related queries via the affiliate contact details provided within the Awin platform.
Due to the time-limited nature of the Events, early communication is encouraged.
9. PPC (Pay Per Click)
PPC activity is strictly prohibited.
Publishers may not:
Bid on Tripr brand terms
Bid on “Tripr Presents” or event names
Use paid search, paid social, display ads, or native advertising that directs traffic to Tripr domains
Any PPC activity identified will result in immediate commission reversal and potential removal from the programme.
10. Transactions
A valid transaction consists of a confirmed ticket purchase for one of the Events.
The transaction value excludes:
VAT
Booking or processing fees
Donations, add-ons, or ancillary products
Self-bookings, fraudulent transactions, or purchases made in breach of these Terms are not eligible for commission.
11. Branding
Publishers may only use official Tripr-provided creative assets supplied via Awin or directly by Tripr Ltd.
Publishers must not:
Alter event names, logos, or imagery
Imply sponsorship, endorsement, or exclusivity unless agreed in writing
Misrepresent the nature, availability, or pricing of the Events
Brand assets will be supplied upon approval where applicable.
12. Notice Period
Tripr Ltd will provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any material changes to these Terms or to the affiliate programme, where reasonably possible.
Events may be suspended or withdrawn without notice if sold out or due to circumstances beyond Tripr’s control.
13. Publisher Types
This programme is intended for:
Content publishers
Editorial partners
Influencers
The following publisher types are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing:
Cashback websites
Voucher-only sites
Sub-networks
Media buying or arbitrage partners
Publisher approval remains at Tripr Ltd’s sole discretion.
14. De-Duplication
Tripr operates a last-click attribution model.
Where a transaction is attributed to another marketing channel (including but not limited to paid media, email, or direct traffic), affiliate commission may be declined.
15. Publishing
These Terms will take effect once published within the Awin platform. Publishers are responsible for ensuring they are operating against the most up-to-date version.
