Branding Guidelines
To ensure consistent and accurate representation of the CTOLITY brand, all affiliates participating in the CTOLITY Affiliate Program on AWIN must comply with the following branding guidelines.
1. Brand Usage
Affiliates may promote CTOLITY products using official brand assets provided through AWIN or the CTOLITY website.
The CTOLITY brand name must be written exactly as “CTOLITY” (all caps).
Affiliates must not alter, distort, or modify the CTOLITY logo, product images, or brand visuals.
2. Logo & Visual Assets
Only official CTOLITY logos and images may be used.
Logos must not be stretched, recolored, rotated, or placed on visually conflicting backgrounds.
Do not remove, obscure, or alter trademarks, symbols, or brand marks on any asset.
3. Brand Positioning & Messaging
CTOLITY should be presented as a clean energy and portable power solution provider.
Affiliates must not describe CTOLITY products as fuel-powered generators.
Approved messaging focuses on:
Portable power stations
Solar energy and battery storage
Home backup, outdoor, RV, and emergency use
4. Product Claims & Accuracy
All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and warranty claims must reflect information published on the official CTOLITY website.
Affiliates must not exaggerate performance, output, capacity, certifications, or battery lifespan.
Claims related to safety, certifications, or durability must be factual and verifiable.
5. Promotional Language
Affiliates may reference seasonal or limited-time promotions (e.g. New Year Sale, Holiday Sale) only when such promotions are officially active.
Discount levels (e.g. “up to 45% OFF”) must be accurate at the time of promotion.
Promotional examples shown in program materials are illustrative only and subject to change.
6. Prohibited Representations
Affiliates must NOT:
Imply partnership, employment, or official endorsement by CTOLITY
Present themselves as CTOLITY, CTOLITY staff, or CTOLITY customer support
Use CTOLITY branding in domain names, social media usernames, or paid ad headlines
Register or use misleading domain names or handles containing “CTOLITY” or variations
7. Paid Advertising & PPC
Affiliates may not bid on CTOLITY brand keywords or close variations in paid search.
CTOLITY branding may not be used in paid ad copy, display URLs, or ad creatives without written approval.
Direct linking to CTOLITY from paid ads is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
8. Content Tone & Compliance
Content must remain professional, truthful, and transparent.
Comparative content must be fair and not misleading.
All affiliate disclosures must comply with applicable advertising regulations (e.g. FTC disclosure where required).
9. Social Media & Influencer Content
Affiliates may share CTOLITY content on social media platforms using approved assets.
Sponsored or affiliate content must be clearly disclosed using appropriate hashtags or statements (e.g. #ad, #affiliate).
Short-form and long-form reviews must reflect genuine usage or experience where applicable.
10. Enforcement
CTOLITY reserves the right to:
Request modifications or removal of non-compliant content
Suspend or terminate affiliates who violate branding guidelines
Reverse commissions generated through brand misuse or misleading content
