Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the CTOLITY Affiliate Program on AWIN.
By joining and participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on all confirmed and approved sales.
Commissions are calculated based on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, cancellations, and refunds.
Only successfully completed and validated transactions qualify for commission.
2. Seasonal Promotions (Example Only)
CTOLITY runs seasonal promotional campaigns from time to time.
Examples may include New Year Sales, Holiday Events, or Limited-Time Promotions, with discounts of up to 45% OFF.
These promotions are:
Seasonal and time-limited
Provided for illustrative purposes only
Subject to change or withdrawal at any time
Dependent on region, product availability, and campaign period
Affiliate commission rates remain 5%, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Validation & Payment
All transactions are subject to validation to ensure compliance with program terms.
Validation typically takes 30–60 days after the transaction date.
Payments are processed by AWIN in accordance with their standard payment schedule and policies.
4. Permitted Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote CTOLITY using the following approved channels:
Content websites and blogs
Product reviews and comparison content
Social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Email marketing (to opt-in subscriber lists only)
All promotional content must be accurate, transparent, and not misleading.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
❌ Bidding on CTOLITY brand terms or close variations in paid search (e.g. “CTOLITY”, “CTOLITY Power”, misspellings)
❌ Unauthorized use of CTOLITY trademarks, logos, or brand assets in paid advertising
❌ Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive redirects
❌ Promotion of unauthorized, expired, or misleading coupon codes
❌ False or exaggerated claims regarding pricing, performance, certifications, or warranties
Violations may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the program.
6. Brand & Content Guidelines
Affiliates must not present themselves as CTOLITY or as official representatives of the brand.
Product claims must accurately reflect information published on the official CTOLITY website.
Any use of CTOLITY brand assets must come from approved affiliate materials or receive prior authorization.
7. Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders do not qualify for commission.
Partial refunds may result in adjusted commission amounts.
8. Program Modifications
CTOLITY reserves the right to:
Modify commission rates
Update promotional offers
Amend program terms
Affiliates will be notified of material changes via AWIN where applicable.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.
Upon termination, valid and approved commissions will be processed in accordance with AWIN policies.
