By joining the Baker’s Botanics Affiliate Program, publishers agree to promote Baker’s Botanics products in a truthful, accurate, and brand-appropriate manner.
Affiliates may earn commission on approved, completed purchases made through valid affiliate tracking links. Commission is not paid on cancelled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders, nor on self-purchases.

All promotions must comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Use of Baker’s Botanics trademarks, logos, or brand assets must be accurate and may not be altered without prior approval. Affiliates may not impersonate Baker’s Botanics, represent themselves as the brand, or create websites or social accounts that could be confused with official Baker’s Botanics channels.
Baker’s Botanics reserves the right to review, approve, or decline affiliate applications, and to suspend or terminate partnerships at any time in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of brand assets.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
