Affiliates must represent Baker’s Botanics accurately and in a manner consistent with the brand’s values and approved messaging. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Baker’s Botanics products, including medical or health claims that are not supported by approved brand materials.
Use of Baker’s Botanics trademarks, logos, product images, or other brand assets must be accurate and may not be altered, distorted, or modified without prior written approval. Affiliates may not impersonate Baker’s Botanics, represent themselves as the brand, or create websites, social accounts, or paid advertisements that could be confused with official Baker’s Botanics properties.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising regulations.
Baker’s Botanics reserves the right to request changes to or removal of any promotional content that does not comply with these guidelines.
