Program Terms

Promotion, PPC & Compliance Terms

These terms are designed to protect Black Paper Party’s brand, paid media efficiency, and customer experience while supporting a sustainable and profitable affiliate program.

Definitions

“Black Paper Party,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Black Paper Party

“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your” refers to the approved affiliate partner

“Website” refers to www.blackpaperparty.com

“Program” refers to the Black Paper Party Affiliate Program

Paid Advertising & PPC

PPC and paid advertising are strictly prohibited across all search engines and paid media platforms, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, display, and native ads.

Affiliates may not bid on, target, or use Black Paper Party brand terms, trademarks, misspellings, or branded keyword combinations.

Affiliates may not direct-link paid ads to the Black Paper Party website.

Domains, Websites & Brand Representation

Affiliates must not buy, register, or use domains, subdomains, social handles, or URLs that may mislead users into believing they are affiliated with or owned by Black Paper Party.

Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or content that impersonate or closely resemble the Black Paper Party website or branding.

Affiliates must be clearly identifiable as independent from Black Paper Party in all promotions.

Traffic Quality & User Experience

The use of pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, toolbars, browser extensions, or any intrusive advertising formats is strictly prohibited.

Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or forced cookie placement of any kind is not allowed.

Incentivized traffic is only permitted for approved cashback, loyalty, or rewards-based affiliates.

Coupons, Promotions & Incentives

Affiliates may only promote coupon codes or offers that are officially issued through the Black Paper Party affiliate program.

Promotion of unauthorized, expired, or scraped coupon codes is prohibited.

Transactions generated through unapproved coupon codes may be voided and commissions reversed.

Email & Social Media Promotion

Email marketing is allowed only with prior written approval and must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as Black Paper Party or imply brand ownership in social media or email communications.

Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Cashback, Rewards & Attribution

Cashback, rewards, or points-based commissions will be approved only if transactions are tracked in real time and attributed according to program rules.

Any manipulation of tracking, attribution delays, or suspicious activity may result in commission reversal.

Compliance & Enforcement

Affiliates found in violation of these terms may be rejected, suspended, or removed from the program without notice.

Black Paper Party reserves the right to reverse commissions, terminate partnerships, or update program terms at its discretion.

These terms are enforced to protect brand integrity, performance, and long-term growth.

Affiliates with questions or proposed promotional methods not outlined here must seek written approval prior to launch.
