Black Paper Party – Branding Guidelines for Affiliates
To protect the integrity and consistency of the Black Paper Party brand, all affiliates must follow the guidelines below when promoting our products.
Brand Usage
Affiliates may use the Black Paper Party name only to accurately reference our products or brand.
Affiliates may not present themselves as Black Paper Party, an official representative, employee, or owner of the brand.
Any use of the brand must clearly indicate that the affiliate is an independent publisher.
Logos & Creative Assets
Affiliates may only use approved logos, images, and creative assets provided directly by Black Paper Party or through the affiliate platform.
Logos may not be altered, stretched, recolored, cropped, or modified in any way.
Affiliates may not create their own logos, wordmarks, or branded assets that resemble Black Paper Party branding.
Website, Domain & Social Media Use
Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domains, subdomains, social handles, or usernames that include or closely resemble “Black Paper Party,” “BlackPaperParty,” or any brand variations.
Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or social accounts that imitate or mirror the look, feel, or structure of the Black Paper Party website.
Brand mentions on social media must clearly disclose affiliate status and avoid brand impersonation.
Messaging & Tone
Affiliates must use accurate, respectful, and brand-safe language.
Affiliates may not make false claims about pricing, availability, exclusivity, promotions, or product features.
Content must not be misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with Black Paper Party’s values of inclusion, creativity, and respect.
Promotions & Coupons
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes and offers officially issued through the Black Paper Party affiliate program.
Unauthorized, expired, or scraped coupon codes are not permitted.
Promotions must clearly state terms and conditions where applicable.
Prohibited Uses
Affiliates may not:
Use Black Paper Party branding in paid ads (PPC, paid social, display)
Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership by Black Paper Party
Use the brand in misleading headlines, clickbait, or deceptive content
Combine Black Paper Party branding with offensive, political, or inappropriate content
Compliance & Enforcement
Black Paper Party reserves the right to request edits or removal of non-compliant content.
Violations of these branding guidelines may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.
These guidelines may be updated at any time to protect the brand.
Affiliates with questions or requests for brand usage approval should contact the program administrator prior to publishing content.
