Terms and Conditions

1. Brand Identity & Representation

Affiliates must represent PLUSH in a way that aligns with our premium, comfort-led brand identity.

You agree to:

Use @plush.clo as the official Instagram reference for PLUSH in social content.

Maintain a tone that matches our brand: warm, calm, modern, premium, and minimalist.

Use clean, high-quality imagery that reflects PLUSH’s aesthetic (neutral tones, soft textures, cosy lifestyle imagery).

Avoid any imagery or messaging that feels low-quality, misleading, overly salesy, or off-brand.

Misrepresentation of the PLUSH brand or using imagery that contradicts our aesthetic may result in removal from the programme.

2. Approved Assets & Content

You may use:

Images/videos provided by PLUSH (via AWIN or shared folders)

Your own original content featuring our products

Any content posted on @plush.clo as long as it is credited and not edited in a misleading way

You may NOT:

Use content from other creators without permission

Alter images in ways that change colour accuracy, quality or brand feel

Use outdated or incorrect branding

3. Traffic & Promotion Guidelines

Allowed traffic sources:

Social content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)

Blog posts and editorial content

Email newsletters (opt-in lists only)

Organic reviews and product roundups

Bridal, gifting, lifestyle, fashion and new-mum content

Restricted (requires written approval):

Voucher/coupon sites

Cashback/reward sites

Paid search (Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Strictly prohibited:

Bidding on PLUSH brand terms, misspellings, or close variants

Running ads that appear to be from PLUSH

Adult, unsafe, hateful, or non-family-friendly content

Fake traffic, bots, incentivised clicks, or misleading tactics

4. Voucher Code Policy

To protect your commission and brand integrity:

Only PLUSH-approved vouchers may be shared.

“Guessing” or leaking codes is not permitted.

Codes given exclusively to certain partners may not be shared outside your audience.

Unauthorised code use may result in reversals or removal.

5. Domain & Branding Protection

Affiliates must not:

Use “PLUSH”, “PLUSH pyjamas”, “PLUSH sleepwear” or similar in domains, ads, profiles or usernames

Impersonate PLUSH on social media or email

Suggest partnership beyond the affiliate programme without approval

Any attempt to mimic PLUSH official channels (including @plush.clo) will lead to immediate termination.

6. Email Marketing

Email promotion is allowed only if:

Your audience has clearly opted in

You identify yourself as the sender

You do not use “PLUSH” in the sender name or subject line in a way that implies official communication

No purchased lists or unsolicited emails.

7. Commission & Validation

Commission is paid on fully validated orders only (excludes returns, cancellations, or fraud).

Self-referrals are not allowed.

Invalid or suspicious activity may be declined.

8. Cookie Duration

Standard AWIN tracking rules apply. Sales will track only if a valid cookie was set at the time of purchase.

9. Programme Removal

PLUSH may remove affiliates who:

Breach branding guidelines

Misuse discount codes

Mislead customers

Damage brand perception

Engage in prohibited traffic or behaviour

We may update these terms at any time within AWIN.
