Program Overview
By joining the Deal Genius Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to provide partners with high-quality products, clear tracking, and fair commission structures.
Commission Structure
- Standard commission: 5% on approved net sales.
- Custom rates and performance bonuses may be offered by request or negotiated individually.
- Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded, non-fraudulent orders.
Publisher Requirements
- Use only approved links and creatives provided through Awin.
- Accurately represent our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Include proper affiliate disclosures (FTC or local equivalents).
- Maintain high-quality, brand-safe traffic sources.
Prohibited Practices
- Using unauthorized or expired coupon codes.
- Bidding on our brand name or close variations in paid search without approval.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent/automated traffic.
- Misleading claims, impersonation of our site, or misuse of our branding.
Tracking & Attribution
- All sales must be generated through Awin-approved tracking links.
- We follow Awin’s validation periods and attribution policies.
- We are not responsible for untracked sales due to user-level settings (e.g., ad blockers).
Creative Assets & Branding
- Publishers are free to use Deal Genius branding as it relates to promotions, however, any alterations to our creatives should be discussed first before use.
Program Adjustments & Termination
- We may update commission rates, terms, or program rules at any time.
- Either party may terminate the partnership at their discretion.
- We reserve the right to pause or remove publishers who violate program terms or generate low-quality or invalid traffic.
Legal & Liability
- Publisher is responsible for compliance with all advertising, privacy, and disclosure regulations.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to program participation.
Acceptance
By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
